Claude can connect to Quoin Data as a remote, authenticated MCP server. The production endpoint exposes 15 bounded read-only tools for Washington, D.C. property accounts.

Any client that supports remote HTTPS MCP and OAuth can connect to Quoin Data. Client menus differ, but the endpoint, authentication boundary, and production tool contract remain the same.

Quoin resolves property identity before returning facts. Its authoritative serving entity is a Washington, D.C. property-tax account identified by SSL, which is not always a one-to-one physical parcel.
