When to use it

Use for official CAMA building characteristics, energy benchmarking, BEPS status, and vacant or blighted property context. Shared-building and proximity records are not exact parcel facts.

Use after resolving the intended account. Separate exact CAMA characteristics from shared-building, multi-parcel, and proximity context in the presentation.

Successful sourced responses preserve effective dates, typed null meaning, source references, quality flags, and exact-versus-contextual property-link scope.

Limits

Reported characteristics are not a survey, inspection, appraisal, or verified rentable area.
Energy records can describe a shared building or campus.
