get_complete_property_record
Get complete property record
Use this tool when a request asks for all available information about one property. It resolves identity and returns nine bounded property-data sections.
Start freeWhen to use it
Use whenever the user asks for all data, everything available, a complete record, a full property report, or the entire record for one property. Resolves identity and returns all nine property-data sections: snapshot, assessments, tax/balance history, ownership, sales/deed history, permits, licenses, inspections/enforcement, and building/land context. Check coverage.complete; follow every named continuation when false. Do not substitute a single domain tool for a complete-record request.
Inspect coverage.complete. When it is false, follow every named continuation until each bounded section reports that no more results remain.
Input contract
These inputs and limits are pinned to the production v0.4.6 server contract. Omitted optional values use the documented defaults.
| Input | Contract |

}Response and verification
Successful sourced responses preserve effective dates, typed null meaning, source references, quality flags, and exact-versus-contextual property-link scope.
Use the display-ready sources for a visible Source or Verify action. Responses return each field with a source reference that can be checked against the official portal. See Source citations and verification for the evidence format.
Limits
- It is for one property, not portfolio screening.
- A complete response is complete only for the stated source releases and tool domains.
- It does not produce title, appraisal, zoning, or lending conclusions.
