Property link scope
Property link scope states how a source record relates to a property tax account. It prevents building, multi-parcel, and nearby records from being restated as exact parcel facts.

- shared_building can apply to several tax accounts in one building.
- multi_parcel covers an official premise association across parcels.
- proximity_context is nearby and not parcel-specific.
Verified DC release example
The approved DC regulatory release serves 945,074 exact SSL-derived records and 1,655,592 contextual records. It excludes capped ambiguous and unlinked records from the serving layer.
Answer rule
Only exact_property supports a parcel-specific statement. A client must repeat the contextual scope when it discusses a shared-building, multi-parcel, or nearby record.
