Records
Washington, DC property-tax data, with sources.
Quoin connects reported tax amounts, balances, due dates, payment dates, and tax-sale indicators to a Washington, DC property-tax account. Each returned fact keeps its effective period and source evidence.
Start freeWhat the data can contain
| Field group | Examples | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Current account | Annual tax, due dates, amounts due, collected amount, balance | Values reported in the frozen Integrated Tax System Public Extract (ITSPE) account release |
| Tax series | Current and prior source slots | Slots remain distinct; Quoin does not interpolate missing periods |
| Account context | Tax class, rate, delinquency and tax-sale indicators | Reported source fields, not a legal lien conclusion |
| Evidence | Effective period, release date, source reference, verification route | Use the official route to inspect the underlying public record |
How it is sourced
The tax-account source is the District Integrated Tax System Public Extract. Quoin freezes a release, preserves its source fields, and resolves the account through the official square, suffix, and lot identifier.
A source reference can be expanded into a display-ready MyTax DC verification route with the exact SSL or address to enter. Session-bound result URLs are never treated as durable citations.
Important limits
- A reported balance is a record value, not a title or lien-priority opinion.
- An empty result means no linked record in the frozen release, not that no public record exists.
- The live government portal may be newer than Quoin's release.
- Coverage is Washington, DC property-tax accounts. MCP is available now; API access is by request.
